<div><strong>Role Purpose:</strong></div>
<div>The role of the Recruitment Analyst will be to support and inform the Club's recruitment processes. This role will be key to the Club delivering players capable of meeting the desires of ownership to compete at the highest level within women’s football. This will include assisting with and managing effective workflows and reporting systems that allow the club to identify and track players and filter potential transfer targets via, but not exclusive to, visualisation and video editing.</div>

<div>The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of video editing tools as well as visualisation software from a footballing perspective. A fundamental component of this is the ability to provide insight to the department in a clear and efficient manner.</div>

<div>The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for and deep knowledge of women's football; players, team styles and current trends in the game. They will work within a multi disciplinarily team with the responsibility to develop, maintain, manage and present advanced reporting, analytics and dashboards as well as video presentation packages. They will need to keep up to date with trends, processes and best practice throughout the industry as this will be vital to success within this role. An awareness of confidentiality implications around the department and within this industry is also imperative.</div>

<div><strong>Role Purpose:</strong></div>
<div>The Academy Performance Coach is responsible for delivering elite-level performance processes and female-focused sports science support to London City Lionesses Academy players, ensuring their wellness, physical development, recovery, and match load are effectively managed. It also involves collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team to create a high-performance pathway while supporting the holistic development of women as athletes.</div>

<div>The ideal candidate will be an innovative and driven performance professional with a background in sports science and player development. They will thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, bring a good level of understanding of the unique needs of female athletes, and have the ability to design and deliver cutting-edge performance programmes. Passionate about supporting women as athletes and individuals, they will combine technical expertise with a player-centred approach to help create an elite pathway at London City Lionesses.</div>

<div><strong>Main Duties/ Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>1. Player Development &amp; Monitoring</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for delivering bespoke monitoring, management, and development plans to all Academy players.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Build bespoke IDPs for each Academy player based on their physical attributes, identifying specific development areas and opportunities to improve.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with the Medical Lead to ensure all players receive individual physical programs, monitoring, and management to track long-term player development.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;In collaboration with the Performance</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div><strong>2. On-Field Coaching &amp; Conditioning</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Design and lead all on-field conditioning, warm-ups, speed development, and individual development sessions for the U12-U14 teams.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Work closely with technical staff to design weekly training structures that balance developmental goals and player protection.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide Sport Science support to U12-U14 players during training sessions and games, with travel required.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Medical Staff with gym-based strength and conditioning and end-stage Return to Play sessions.</div>
<div><strong><br>3. Data &amp; Performance Systems</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;In collaboration with global teams, develop daily reporting and data visualisation templates to maximise data impact on individual player management.</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and oversee a centralised AMS system (with global team) to optimise physical data visualisation, interpretation, and long-term player development tracking<br><br><strong>4. Multi-Disciplinary &amp; Holistic Support</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Work collaboratively with the Medical Lead to provide multi-disciplinary support and education, implementing best practice in female health, wellbeing, recovery, profiling, S&amp;C, training and match load monitoring, nutrition, psychology, and return-to-play strategies.</div>
<div>&nbsp;<br><strong>5. Professional Development&nbsp;</strong></div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Attend and assist with workshops, in-service meetings, professional development courses, and other development opportunities.</div>

<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;A BSc in Exercise/Sports Science or a related field (or at advanced stages of study)</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Hold either a UK Strength and Conditioning accreditation (UKSCA) Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach qualification (ASCC), or the US National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach qualification (CSCS) – Or working towards</div>
<div>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;FA Level 2 Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF) qualification</div>
